Vintage children’s red velvet button up vest.  It is likely this is from the 1960’s.  The size is unknown.
Back scooped neckline to hem is 8″.
Underarm to hem is 5 1/2″.
Outside shoulder to shoulder is 8″.
I found this while cleaning out a family estate.  There is a lingering musty odor.  The inside seam of the lining is coming un-stitched in one area.  The lining also has a few rusty looking spots and sprinkles which I believe is rust from a safety pin that was pinned inside.  Missing one button on the waist placket/band.
